Risk & Compliance Manager
Our client is focussed on providing an environment that delivers a positive and supportive early childhood learning and development experience throughout NSW. With ambitious plans for growth and a strategy based on quality and outcomes focussed objectives, a unique opportunity has been created for a Risk & Compliance professional to join the organisation, ideally on a 4 days per week basis, negotiable.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be supporting senior internal and external stakeholders in relation to risk, compliance and associated policies and business processed that will help shape the organisation. This will involve your contribution to forming and managing current best practice risk and compliance frameworks as well as integrating new initiatives relevant to the organisations. Further you will oversee the organisations response to risk and compliance matters when required, update documentation and oversee associated training to accommodate new risk and compliance initiatives. It is expected that you will provide reports to relevant stakeholders relating to risk and compliance considerations.
Ideally you will be a risk and compliance subject matter specialist with a track record in risk and compliance management and the ability to maintain and enhance a risk management framework. You will have previous experience in liaising with senior stakeholders and be comfortable in working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks. Strong IT skills and a working knowledge of risk and compliance technology systems would be beneficial.
