Our Client
Our client is a provider of specialist health services in Melbourne, with approximately 4000 staff and annual revenues of over $500 million. They are urgently seeking an HR Business Partner who is immediately available to join on a permanent basis.
Job Description
This person will proactively support the business by providing specialist Human Resources advice and operational support to help drive business performance.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and developing HR systems and processes
- Support leadership team with regards to culture development and general HR
- Work with managers to provide specialist support on IR and ER matters
- Work with leadership on any case management and investigations
- Workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- Act the key point of contact for union officials
The successful applicant with have:
- Degree in HR Management or similar
- Experience in a similar HRBP role
- Specialist experience in ER & IR
- Experience working with SAP
- Ability to work autonomously
