About the Opportunity
Reporting to a dynamic Chief HRO and in this broad and varied role, you will be working with multiple stakeholders to provide expert hands-on HR advice, particularly as it relates to performance measurement and incentive schemes, with the intent to build an overarching performance and rewards strategy. This is an outstanding opportunity to make your mark on the organisation, its culture and performance.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be curious and comfortable with ambiguity and be able to truly thrive in an agile environment. You are self-aware and have solid HR BP experience.
With a strong understanding of the levers that drive performance and your ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational elements, you bring a wealth of commercial acumen and leadership skills. Your ability to build relationships is a key strengths. You bring a solid HR knowldge base and a depth of expertise in case management and awards. Ideally you have worked in organisations that have experienced cultural shift, and understand the processes that need to be in place to underpin growth. Experience working in a multi-site framework will be advantageous.
