Working in a dynamic marketing team, you will be at the helm of driving the CRM strategy and insights led campaigns to market. In this role you will:
- Drive acquisition, cross sell and retention campaigns off the back of a deep understanding of customer behaviour across segments
- Drive customer advocacy
- Ensure CRM programs are integrated into the overall marcomms strategy
- Oversee the development, testing and execution of CRM activity
- Review campaign metrics and share with stakeholders
- Develop content and creative from initial brief through to execution
To excel in this role you'll be able to demonstrate your:
- Extensive marketing experience with a key focus on strategic digital and customer marketing
- Highly developed analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data insights at a strategic level
- Technical experience using platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce as well as CMS
- Ability to leverage data to create actionable insights and compelling campaigns
- Ability to craft clear and concise customer messaging as a result of your superior copywriting and content development skills
- Exceptonal stakeholder engagement skills
