On behalf of my clients I am urgently looking for a HR Business Partner / HR Generalist.
The role will be based from my clients head offices in Bella Vista and is initially being offered as a 6 month day rate contract with a high potential to turn into a permanent position thereafter.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be partnering with employees at all levels, focusing on building the culture, employee relations and employee engagement, providing advice to line managers within the business and influencing positive decision making.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Working across the full employee life cycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding
- Manage and champion employee relations, maintain safety and promote high morale environment
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team and engage local managers in talent resourcing to grow organisation's capabilities
- Coaching, guiding and advising employees and management on all HR issues and practices
- Drive and lead HR processes & projects, such as ANZ payroll outsource project, ANZ Graduate Talent Pipeline Program, employee communication programs, performance reviews and talent management
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs to maintain competitiveness
About you:
- Degree-qualified with strong business partnering background (Desirable not essential)
- Minimum 5 -10 years of relevant working experience in same capacity
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with basic productivity tools and software (e.g. MS word, Excel)
- Sharp business acumen
- Strong knowledge of ANZ Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Experience working in a similar role in a multi-national organisation would be highly advantageous.
- Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and employee engagement with the ability to navigate within a fast-paced and complex environment
- Be equipped / able to deal with a company that is going through change and expansion and be able to standardise processes across the organisation.
