Software Engineer - Backend JAVA

Our client has been in the mobile market for over 20 years and they are still expanding, because of this growth they are seeking two developers on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the team lead you be working on enterprise application software and mobile applications development in a cross-platform IDE on industrial clients based in Australia and overseas.

Your role:

• Member of an AGILE software development team
• Server and integration customisation in Java
• Back end web development

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years professional software development experience
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Skills in Java
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about technology
• A great attitude in general

Skills in any of the following:

• GIT, BitBucket, Jenkins, Dropwizard, AWS, Aurora, InfluxDB/Grafana, Raygun, JIRA, Web Services, REST APIs

Desirable:

• Mobile development experience
