As the Service Manager you will lead a dynamic team in the design and execution of Council's strategic management and business transformation frameworks in collaboration with the community, Councillors and internal stakeholders. This includes:
Develop and translate Council's strategic priorities into actionable corporate planning and performance outcomes.
Define and implement the organisation's transformation priorities to enable changes which decrease costs, enhance customer experience, and deliver improved community outcomes.
In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, seeing the City's vision and transformation initiatives from concept to tangible benefits.
The Service Manager reports to the Executive Group Manager People, Culture and Organisational Performance, as part of the Office of the CEO.
