About the role:

The Snr Manager Go to Market is responsible for delivering the go-to-market strategy (GTM) and plan across all Marketing channels. The role is responsible for ensuring that there is a single, strategic and coordinated GTM plan which integrates owned, earned and paid assets.

Role description:

• Implement and manage a cohesive, integrated enterprise GTM calendar to deliver coordinated, targeted Marketing activities to present as a market leader
• Ensure the effective integration of the communications, digital and marketing strategies to present a holist GTM approach for the organisation.
• Responsible for communicating the GTM plan with all internal and external stakeholder in a timely manner to ensure effective execution
• Ensure that GTM activities are consistent with the brand and value propositions, and form part of a superior customer and broker experience which present in market with purpose and clarity
• Work alongside the Brand and Advertising Snr leadership team to manage campaign timings, delivering all deliverables to agreed-upon deadlines with engagement across the broader network
• Deliver against success measures and monitor GTM effectiveness, adjusting and refining the strategy and approach as needed to maximise impact
• Distil and interpret brand and advertising data and reporting to identify how to optimize marketing activity and investment
• Manage the State Marketing Consultants for effective delivery of their state-based marketing plans which clearly originate from the Brand and Advertising position and aligned to distribution objectives
• Ensure channel readiness, product knowledge and capacity to effectively support customer and Broker activity generated by new campaigns
• Responsible for developing and managing the Brand and advertising scorecard and aligning to the broader Customer scorecard
• Risk champion across the Brand and Advertising function responsible for risk readiness and reporting
• Using superior engagement and influencing skills maintain oversight of all activity in market which is representing the brand.
• Actively seek ways to work collaboratively across Brand & Advertising to deliver solutions to our business that maximise the value of the Marketing function
