They are expanding to Australia and looking for a Development Manager to join the Sydney team. Reporting to the Director of International Expansion, you will be tasked with recruiting our initial seller stylists for the launch in Australia and helping grow the community. You will have experience building engaged communities and a passion for creating a circular fashion economy. Come join us!

What you will be doing....
- Recruit, educate and onboard our initial seller stylists for launch, which will include how to use the app and tips and tricks to be successful selling
- Drive participation, engagement to build a highly engaged community in Australia
- Lead community events programming, planning, logistics and execution across the country
- Manage ambassadors, power users and host parties
- Oversee local content to support education and growth of seller stylists including newsletter
- 5+ years experience in account management, community engagement, events or sales
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communicator, highly personable, outgoing and able to quickly build relationships
- Passionate about community and spreading love and kindness
- Patient, empathetic and a great listener
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly desirable: well connected with a network we can engage for launch
- Willingness to travel to host events across the country (restrictions permitting)
