Our client, a reputable and well-known brand in their market are currently looking for a curious and high performing Performance Marketing Specialist to join this creative team of media professionals. You will drive growth of audience, aswell as capturing data and audience insights for advertisers. You will execute strategy for SEO, drive ongoing traffic and paid search.
Your day to day responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for growing audiences across all channels using all media advertising
- Run third party advertising campaigns for advertisers
- Work closely with all teams to ensure all touch points are provided to clients
- Provide data-informed insights for all clients and stakeholders
- Effectively analyse data in order to identify trends or patterns
- Use third party data to assist sales team to sell to key audiences
- Bring a strategic approach to data analytics and the wider business and be able to use data to tell a story to a non-technical audience
- Lead direct reports of up to 8
To be successful for this position you will have;
- 3 + years' experience in performance marketing / paid search role within an Advertising / Media or Digital Agency
- A superior understanding SEO, SEM and Social Media Advertising
- Proven ability to run and optimise acquisition campaigns
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Some experience in SQL and HTML would be highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience creating actionable data driven insights for digital
- Ability to understand, communicate and influence stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast moving, high performing environment
- Ability to observe and interpret customer behaviour through data and understand the customer journey
