Oceans Group are proud to support a rapidly growing, agile services organisation in their search for a Head of Marketing. This business has a long track record in delivering to their customer's needs through their commitment to customer service excellence and technical innovation.
Leading a small team and responsible for strategic and tactical elements, you will drive the group marketing function to support the corporate and consumer sales divisions and overarching brand through the:
- Delivery of all marketing, communication and lead generation plans and solutions
- Development of GTM propositions and integrated campaigns
- Development and execution of retention and customer retention initiatives
To excel in the role, you will be a curious marketer that leverages data and insights to make informed decisions. You are well versed in driving strategic and tactical initiatives with the support of a small team, and are proud of your ability to build strong relationships and alignment with your peers and stakeholders. This role will suit a candidate that has a track record of success working in smaller, entrepreunerial businesses and wants to make their mark in a business poised for growth.
