Our client, a reputable and well-known brand in their market are currently looking for an exceptional and high performing Customer Experience Specialist to join this newly created team of CX professionals. You will drive and support customer experience and overall business strategy.
Your day to day responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for embedding customer experience into the strategic business roadmap
- Strategically drive and align customer experience programme, continual communication, strategic direction and execution
- Be the go to trusted partner for all things customer experience
- Work closely with all teams to ensure all touch points are provided to clients
- Provide customer data-informed insights for all clients and stakeholders
- Continually support and challenge stakeholders to drive value
- Create an ongoing customer culture across the business
To be successful for this position you will have;
- 2-4 + years' experience in Customer Experience or Human Centred design from Mortgage Broking, Financial Services, Consulting or Telecommunications
- A superior understanding of managing key projects across customer experience and change management delivery
- Results-driven and delivery focused
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrable experience creating actionable data driven insights to link customer metrics
- Ability to understand, communicate and influence stakeholders
- Ability to observe and interpret customer behaviour through data and understand the customer journey
- Experience working in a fast moving, high performing environment
