Andrew leads the Banking & Financial Services practice and provides oversight of the broader corporate services functional specialisations. He remains very active in the delivery of critical & complex senior mandates for organisations ranging from large multinational brands to dynamic start up and boutiques.
Andrew focuses on CXO, General Management, Corporate Services and functional Leadership appointments drawing on his extensive track record and industry networks. He also brings a deep knowledge of the Risk Management and Compliance community across Asia Pacific having navigated this market for many years.
Prior to Establishing Oceans Group, Andrew spent 8 years with an Australian based Executive Search firm. He completed his Law Degree in the UK and initially worked for a global recruitment brand in London before settling in Australia in 1999.

Graeme leads the growth and expansion of Oceans Group across Asia and is also responsible for senior search engagements within the General Insurance industry sector in Asia and Australia. Graeme joined Oceans Group after building his own search and selection business, which focused on delivering Talent Management and Acquisition services to the Insurance and Superannuation markets across the East Coast of Australia and South East Asia.
Prior to moving into search and selection, Graeme spent more than two decades working within International Insurance markets, in key leadership roles in the UK, US, Europe, Asia and Australia. He used his knowledge and global networks to assist clients attract & align human capital with their business objectives by influencing recruitment outcomes & focusing on the development of existing talent to enable clients to respond to an ever-diminishing talent pool.

Michael brings over 25 years’ experience working in the fields of Talent Acquisition and Human Capital consulting as well as managing businesses in Australia and the UK.
He is a visible figure in the HR talent acquisition arena and has built a global reputation in his field. He leads the Human Resources Practice at Oceans Group to provide greater value and deeper engagement with the HR leadership community, a very pivotal function in many of our key clients.
Michael has an impressive track record across many sectors including banking, commerce and industry and public sector. He truly understands and is passionate about how people can transform the success of any organisation, and the important strategic role the HR function has in this.
Over the years he has been mandated on assignments across many of the key HR functions ranging from Executive HR leadership roles, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Development, In-house Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Service Heads, Workforce Analytics, Employee Relations and HR Systems experts.

Having spent the first phase of his professional life working as a financial derivatives trader with global investment banks in Sydney, Mark embarked on a career in executive search. He spent several years working on senior level banking and markets searches in Hong Kong, before moving to Singapore where he spent 11 years managing recruitment businesses and executing senior level searches in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.
