Andrew has over fifteen years’ experience working with blue chip corporations and private entities in the building components; manufacturing; energy; oil & gas; and consumer related sectors.

He is focused on critical executive & general management appointments, and has a functional bias towards corporate infrastructure, including finance; risk; corporate development & strategy. The strength of his relationships and ability to acquire sought after talent have contributed to the success of many large and small businesses.

Prior to founding Oceans Group, Andrew was a principal for five years with a domestic boutique executive search firm. His early career included managing a division of an ASX listed recruitment entity, having relocated to Sydney from London with a fortune 500 firm in 2000. 

Andrew has over fifteen years’ local and international experience working with blue chip and high growth organisations in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

He is responsible for the leadership and development of all aspects of the practice and remains active in the delivery of critical and complex senior appointments. Andrew focuses on CXO, General Management and functional leadership mandates, drawing on his extensive track record and industry networks. 

Prior to establishing Oceans Group, Andrew spent eight years as a partner with a domestic boutique executive search firm. He completed his legal qualifications in the UK and initially worked for a global recruitment brand in London before moving to Australia in 1999.

Sean has over fifteen years’ experience working with blue chip corporations and high growth organisations in the Telecommunications, Vendor, and Managed Services/Consulting and Digital Life sectors.

His expertise covers critical and complex middle management, leadership and executive appointments including CEO, COO, CIO, Sales Director and Marketing Director. Sean has a functional bias towards sales, marketing & product.

Prior to founding Oceans Group, Sean spent seven years as a partner with a boutique executive search firm, building and leading their TMT practice. Prior to this he spent six years with a global recruitment brand, following a career with Coutaulds textiles in the UK as a Key Account Director, managing a portfolio of strategic relationships.  

Sam has over twelve years’ experience working closely with blue chip corporations and high growth entities in the Telecommunications, IT Vendor, Managed Services/Consulting and Digital Life sectors.

She has delivered a significant portfolio of high profile appointments including Sales Director, Marketing Director and senior IT leadership positions across a diverse client base.

Prior to joining Oceans Group, Sam worked as a Strategic Account Manager for an IT Vendor, and in the HR industry as a Principal for four years with an executive recruitment firm.

Zarah delivers mid-to-senior search & selection assignments with a focus on strategy, corporate development and performance improvement within the professional services & corporate fields.

Her career in HR spans more than fourteen years managing the in-house recruitment functions for leading international consulting firms Capgemini, Partners in Performance and IBM Global Services Australia; and corporates including AMP Capital Investors and Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Through experience, Zarah has a deep understanding of the talent and qualities required to meet the demands of a rapidly changing, highly competitive market place.

Mark has over twelve years’ experience within both the corporate and search & selection fields.

Specialising in complex & challenging executive, general management and functional leadership appointments, Mark maintains significant senior relationships across the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Investment Management sectors. His ability to secure elusive, sought-after talent contributes to the success of many large and small businesses.

Prior to joining Oceans Group, Mark was an executive search consultant with an ASX listed recruitment group, following a diverse career within Dell Computers, Rio Tinto and AGL.

Sebastian has over fifteen years' experience working with leading blue chip and high growth organisations across Investment Management; Private Wealth; Superannuation and Banking.

Drawing upon an extensive network and deep domain knowledge, Sebastian has built a significant track record delivering complex and varied General Management and senior leadership mandates. He has a functional bias towards Sales, Marketing and Product related appointments.

Prior to joining Oceans Group, Sebastian spent eleven years as a partner with a boutique executive search firm, where he was responsible for building and leading the Financial Services Sales & Marketing practice. His early career included four years with a leading domestic Search & Selection firm, and time in the banking and funds management industries.   

With over ten years search & selection experience in Australia, Tim is responsible for managing mid-to-senior appointments across corporate infrastructure, with a focus on finance; tax; treasury; commercial; assurance; compliance & risk management.

He has delivered a range of high profile appointments including CFO, Financial Controller, Head of FP&A and Head of Risk across a range of major financial services and ASX listed corporate entities.

Prior to joining Oceans Group, Tim was a senior consultant for seven years with a global recruitment firm.
